"I Love the beach, & feel totally at peace near the water, lake, ocean, pool...whatever...But I also love the mountains out west!
When I’m training I Love Shoulder day! Because I think I’m blessed with great genetics in that department and I love that pump & burn from destroying my delts!

I love dogs and I have a Siberian Husky, named Sedona. When I’m at a party and off season I love to drink any flavored martini, like watermelon, green apple, anything that tastes like a jolly rancher ha ha. My favorite cheat food is pasta! With cheesy bread, followed by ice cream! Anything cream based with chocolate chunks, caramel swirls &/or candy bar pieces make me happy!
